Who we are
Bitpod Workspace (“Bitpod”, “we”, “us”) provides coworking desks, private and managed offices and meeting spaces in Alake, Mangaluru, Karnataka, India. For personal data collected through this website, Bitpod decides why and how that data is processed and is responsible for it under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
This policy covers this website and the enquiries made through it. If you become a member or client, your agreement with us and any notice we give you at that time also apply.

- Your name, email address and phone number.
- The workspace you’re interested in, your team size and any message you write.
- Your confirmation that we may contact you about your enquiry, and when you gave it.
- Anything you share when you call, email or message us on WhatsApp.
Please don’t include sensitive personal data, such as health or financial information, in your message.
Information collected automatically
- Essential browser storage that keeps the site working, described in the cookies section below.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages requested and the date and time of a request. Our hosting provider processes this to deliver and secure the site.
- Spam-protection signals, such as how long the enquiry form took to complete and, where enabled, the result of an automated security check.
Information collected with your permission
If you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to collect pages visited, interactions, device information, approximate location derived from your IP address, and campaign details such as UTM parameters or advertising click identifiers.
How we use your information

Who we share it with
- Service providers who help us run the website and handle enquiries, such as hosting, security, email and customer-relationship tools.

- Government or law-enforcement authorities, when required by law.
- A buyer or successor if our business is reorganised or sold.
Our service providers may use your data only to provide their services to us.
International transfers
Some of our service providers store or process data outside India. We transfer personal data only where Indian law permits it and take reasonable steps to keep it protected.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as we need it to respond, follow up and keep reasonable records of our conversations with you. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymise it, unless the law requires us to keep it for longer. Analytics data is kept for the retention period configured in our analytics account.
How we protect it
The website is served over encrypted HTTPS connections with security headers, and access to enquiry records is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable safeguards. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India in accordance with the law.
Children
This website is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
Other websites
Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Maps take you to services with their own privacy policies. Information you share on those services is handled by those providers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make significant changes, we will highlight them on this website.
